Leon Kauffman Roberts (born January 22, 1951 in Vicksburg, Michigan) is a former major league outfielder (mostly left and right field) who played for the Detroit Tigers (1974–75), Houston Astros (1976–77), Seattle Mariners (1978–80), Texas Rangers (1981–82), Toronto Blue Jays (1982), and Kansas City Royals (1983–84). He attended the University of Michigan and batted and threw right-handed. After his playing career, he began a career managing in the minor leagues.

In 1978, playing every day with Seattle, Roberts led his team with a .301 batting average, good for 6th in the league. That year, his first hit was a grand slam, occurring on April 9, 1978.

On February 5, 1983, he was traded by the Blue Jays to the Royals for a young Cecil Fielder. Roberts also pitched one inning in 1984, giving up three earned runs. He played his last game on September 30, 1984.

Roberts had a career batting average of .267 with 78 home runs and 328 RBI. In 2,737 at bats, he had 731 career hits.
